1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing Pexer ("the Software") or using the pexer.app website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant & Multi-PC Personal Rights

Upon purchasing the Founding License ($17.99 Early Bird):

• • Perpetual Right to Use: You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide personal license to use Pexer indefinitely. There are zero recurring monthly or annual subscription fees.
• • Multi-PC Installation: As an individual licensee, you may install and activate Pexer on all personal desktops and primary laptops you personally own and operate.
• • Two-Year Update Pass: Your license grants access to every performance update, feature addition, and bug fix released for 24 months from the date of purchase. Builds downloaded during this window remain yours to run permanently.

3. Public Alpha Notice & "AS IS" Warranty Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Pexer is currently in Public Alpha release. The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While engineered for high stability and reliability, alpha software may experience unexpected crashes, rendering artifacts, or terminal buffer resets. You are advised to maintain standard backups of critical configurations and code repositories.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pexer, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. In all circumstances, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the license ($17.99 USD).

5. 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Pexer. If the Software does not meet your development expectations within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase:

• • We will process a 100% full refund directly to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, no questions asked.
• • This policy honors and exceeds statutory rights of withdrawal under European Union consumer directives.

6. Restrictions & Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly redistribute commercial binary builds of Pexer or circumvent its license verification mechanisms.

7. Governing Law & Severability
